Ginger & Wild café at the Visitor Centre serves a selection of light lunches, sandwiches, soup, coffees, teas and cakes. The café at the Ballycroy Visitor Centre offers splendid views of the National Park, Ballycroy, Achill Island and Blacksod Bay.

Feel free to download and print them out and bring them with you on your visit to help improve your wildlife ID skills. We also can provide a copy on your arrival at the visitor centre, just ask the guide at the desk.

The National Park runs an education centre at the Visitor Centre with programmes for visiting primary and secondary schools.
We also can provide lectures, demonstrations and talks for other interested groups and 3rd level students.

Admission is free into the Visitor Centre, all special events, talks and walks free of charge.
